HOW WE DO THINGS
Scouting the Venue
We scout the venue at least 30 to 45 minutes before the wedding starts to be certain every moment is beautifully framed and perfectly lit, making the most out of the best spots the venue has to offer for taking photos and recording video. For Example: We work with the Dj to capture cristal clear audio for the video and with the Dj ,Venue or whoever is providing lighting to ensure a well lit setting for Photos and Video.
Capturing Candid Moments
We work with you from the initial inquiry to the consultation to the logistics planning consultation ,throughout the entire wedding day and during the editing process to learn about the unique vision you have for your wedding photos and video and your preferred styles on how you want the photos and video to be captured and edited. We specialize in capturing candid moments that reflect genuine emotions and connections, preserving the magic of your day forever and creating an unforgettable experience you will be able to cherish and relive over and over again.
Attention to Detail in Every Shot
Preserving every detail, from the bordering design of the wedding dress to the sparkle of the rings and the beautiful invitations, to the tear-filled first look ,we strive to capture every detail with stunning clarity and resolution in the photos and videos we capture to create a customized experience that tells your unique love story.
Ensuring Key Family & Group Photos
We take note of any specific family members ,friends or individuals bought up by the bride or groom during the logistics consultation and or before the wedding starts who need to be filmed and or in the pictures. We also work with if provided a guest who will help gather guests for photos and or video and point out individuals that need to be filmed and or on photos.
Adapting to the Flow of the Day
We can easily adapt to any situations that come up such as wedding not running on time ,last minute changes to the schedule of key events or last minute requests by the couple. For Example we continue taking photos and reocrding video to have as much photos and video footage in case its needed for editing and or the clients request video footage of a moment that was not a major event ,but reperhaps a genuine connection was captured on video that adds to the couples love story.
Checking Shot Lists and Special Requests
We shoot and film the entire time we are booked for including all requested aspects/events that are listed on the wedding schedule including any special requests and also capture unrequested aspects/events during the wedding ,as they may be requested later on.

Lighting Expertise
We come prepared with lighting equipment and accessories such as on camera lights ,soft boxes and polarizing lense filters to be able to accommodate any lighting situation and we also have the color grading expertise to fix any photos and videos with poor lighting during the editing process.
Creating a Calm Atmosphere
We focus on creating a calm and stress free atmosphere so you as the bride and groom can enjoy the experince of having your photos and video captured in a way the speaks about your unique love story.
Backup Equipment & Preparedness
We always come prepared with extra cameras ,lenses ,batteries ,audio recorders ect to minimize the possibilty of not being able to shoot and or deliver your photos and video/s due to technical difficulties that may come up. We always make backups of all original photos and videos before we start editing to ensure they are preserved and stored seprately from the computers being used to edit the photos and videos. We also keep the original photos and videos for at least 12 months after delivering edited photos and videos in case additional edits are requested and or original files are requested.
Post-Wedding Photo and Video Care
We create folders labled with the couples names ,wedding date ect and folders within those folders that organized the original photos and videos of each camera and audio files of each audio recorder and any drafts and the final videos and photos in their own folders. All these folders and files are stored in multiple storage devices to insure they don’t get lost. We retain all these files for at lease 6 months after delivery of photos and videos for any additional requests you as the clients may make.
